How to make a jango fett costume and a jango fett helmet

For you to create a jango fett helmet worn by the much adorned villain Jango Fett, make sure that you have researched everything that you need to know about this villainous Star Wars character through watching the Star Wars movies, action figures and by browsing the Internet.

In creating your own jango fett helmet and Jango Fett costume for the coming Halloween, you will need two boxes (a large and a small one), blue leggings or a pair of pants, blue long-sleeved shirt, black boots, paint, poster board, black marker, paint brushes, brown belt, Velcro, a toy gun, a jango fett helmet, and tin foil.

The first step in making a Jango Fett costume with a jango fett helmet is to cut off the bottom flap covers of a medium box. The box should measure at least 2 feet x 2 feet in height and width, but it can also differ depending on a person's body proportions and measurements. Make sure that the cardboard that you will use is sturdy enough to hold the costume up. Paint the box with a silver acrylic paint, and each side of the face plates blue. Cut a pair of holes for the eyes. While using paint or a marker, draw a "T" shaped mark from the eye area to the middle of the face.

Cut the larger box's side panels and create a hole on the top and the sides so your head and arms can freely fit through it. This box must also be hard and sturdy enough, as this will hold the costume up. The height and width of this box must be larger than the first one and should measure at least 3.5 feet x 3.5 feet. Avoid cutting the arm circles completely. Instead, create a semi-circle and leave a strip of cardboard on the top of the circles so the strips will remain connected to the rest of the box. On the bottom of the box, leave a pointed strip similar to an inverted triangle on the front and back box panels. Paint the box silver to bear a resemblance to the Jango Fett's armor.

Create a pair of shoulder plates using the semi circle flaps on the top of the larger box. Use your hands to crunch the strips so they will bend around the shoulder area.

Cut and paste some strips of poster board to create a pair of tubing on the cardboard. Secure all tubes around each of the calf, thigh, forearm, and biceps to create the effect of numerous armors. Tape these armors into the tubes. Place and fix the tubes to the clothing while using a Velcro. A plastic yet futuristic gun must be holstered to a born utility belt. Or, similar to the actual Jango Fett character, place the gun on the hand for a ready grip. Complete the look by putting on a jango fett helmet for protection and for an additional accessory that will accentuate your look and make everyone swoon over you.
